Kay Healthcare is a dedicated care agency supplying temporary, contract, and permanent staff to both public and private clients. Our approach is rooted in person-centred and relationship-based practice, ensuring tailored support for every individual. As a trauma-informed service, we incorporate various therapeutic models to assist those in our care, including individuals with challenging behaviours, spectrum disorders, and mental health needs.

At Kay Healthcare, we prioritise compassionate, person-centred support. We also provide a community step-down service for mental health patients, facilitating their transition and rehabilitation into independent living.

The support provided is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life they choose for themselves.Our dedicated and trained staff teams provide the highest standards of care, comfort and support to enhance resident’s quality of life.We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but we do offer Monday – Sunday 24hr On Call Services for our valuable customers
